how to clean very dirty stainless steel

Stainless steel is a ferroalloy, known for its hardness and stain resistance, used in utensils, appliances, sinks and even countertops.
The countertop of the commercial kitchen is usually required to use stainless steel as it is easy to disinfect and keep clean.
Polish with olive oil or vinegar during daily cleaning.
Strip removal with club soda or commercial stainless steel spray.
Very dirty stainless steel requires more elbow grease and some household products.
Clean stainless steel.
Pour 1/4 cups of dishwasher soap or baking soda into 1 quart of hot water.
Dip the scrub pad into the solution and rub the dirty stainless steel.

Remove the pan from the heat, pour water and scrub off any remaining stains.
