Advantage of KKR Solid Surface Bathtub Production

                                                   The importance of solid surface material is to ensure that the air which might be pulled into the mix as agitated is pulled out by 

                                                   the vacuum pump before the mix is poured into a mold. This is the only way to remove air bubbles from the mix and ultimately 

                                                    remove from the inside of the finished bathtub. Any air pocket or bubble inside the finished fixture could dramatically weaken the 

                                                    fixture. It might lead a crack or failure to the product someday. 

                                                     At Kingkonree, when we say “solid”, we refer to solid. If you can check the half part of one of our fixtures, you will not see 

                                                    any voids, air pockets or bubbles anywhere in the cross-section. Removing the air from the liquid mix before pouring is the 

                                                     best way to guarantee the standard. Kingkonree incorporates the extra step to gently agitate the mix when it is poured into 

                                                     the mold, just to prevent any air which might arise from the pouring process itself or arise from the matrix and the mold. 

                                                    So it can’t trap the fixture inside. This is yet another step in the process of making a high-quality fixture. Cultured marble is not 

                                                     applying any kind of them. They’re technically challenging and subject to operator’s experience. 

                                              Marble fabricators always mix their material in large size, like a huge kitchen mixer, applying “close enough” measurements of 

                                              ingredients and then simply pour the mix into a mold to harden. They don’t vacuum out the air during the mixing and they don’t 

                                              agitate the mold after pouring it. Though virtually guaranteed, the air pockets are trapped inside the product, and eventually, 

                                              it will lead to the pits and cracks. It is quite often to be seen in cultured marble after several years of use.

                                                           in matt or glossy. After de-molding, we sand and polish every inch of it by hand, one fixture at a time, to the extent of a 

                                                           beautiful, long-lasting, lustrous, and non-porous finish.

                                                            As the color of a Kingkonree solid surface fixture goes all the way deep through it, you can repair it easily and economically 

                                                            with just ordinary sandpaper and polishing compound if there is any scratch or even deep scratch. You can’t do that with 

                                                            imitation solid surface because the color you see is limited only at the skin surface.
