In this structure I will show you how to build DIY country bathroom vanity using 1x3 s and 1x4 s.
This is a simple project that can be done with basic tools, just a one-person word saw and drill bit, but I have used more tools since I started using rough woodEnjoy!

I\'m going to detail how to build this single vanity version in this Instructure.

The tools needed to build this building with wood from the local home center are very basic.
Some kind of saw, preferably the Mitter saw, the drill bit and the Sander will give you a very similar look.

Again, the explanation is for a single vanity.
I started with rough wood, so I started by tearing my board into the width on the table saw, and then cutting the parts to length on the Mitter saw.
The legs on these dressers are very simple, with only two pieces of 1x3 connected in 90 degrees.
This gives the illusion of a huge and strong leg.
I assembled my legs with pocket screws and glue.
After the legs were dry, I cut the woodworking into my legs.
I have used the Festool Domino XL extensively in this project, but you can easily use pocket screws or pin minkers and get very similar results.
The three woodworking methods use the same part length.
After the carpentry cut, I used the Domino to connect the legs to the side bar.
I clip this side assembly together and let it dry and then repeat the assembly for the other side.
The face rack on a single vanity has a vertical track.
You can connect it with a pocket screw, Domino or pin.
Connect the face box to one of the side components in the previous step.
Also, connect the rear rail at this point.
Finally, connect the assembly on the other side and clamp the entire carcass.
The picture shows double vanity.
The door consists of two vertical doors and two horizontal railings.
I used Domino here, but the pin or pocket screw works fine.
The door panel is four glue for 1x3.
Glue the fragments to the synthetic panel and keep it flat as much as possible.
Once the glue dries, polish the panel to smooth and relatively flat.
Use the 1 \"screw to connect the panel to the back of the door frame.
I drilled an oversized hole for the screws in the corner of the panel to allow the wood to move.
I used basic surface mount hinges and knobs on these doors.
In advance appointment is a good idea
Install the hardware before it is finished.
This way, if you make any mistakes, you can fix them easily without having to do the patching.
The side plate consists of 4 pieces 1x4.
Stick them to a panel, just like a door panel, and keep them flat as much as possible.
After the glue is dry, grind them flat.
Connect the panel to the inside of the dresser using the 1 \"screw.
Make sure the top of the panel is flush with the top side rail, which will provide additional support for the countertop.
Similarly, drill an oversized hole in the corner of the panel to allow the wood to move.
The bottom is made of plywood.
I cut the plywood into small size with my bench saw and track saw, but if you don\'t have the tools to cut the plywood, you can have your local home center cut the plywood for you.
Then I drilled the pocket hole on the plywood with my pocket hole fixture and then connected the bottom with pocket screws from below.
I made my back panel relatively small, leaving enough space for the pipe to go through the back of the dresser.
You can of course install a full back plate and cut the exact holes to match your pipe.
The back panel is made of plywood.
Again, if you can\'t, your home center can cut the parts into size, although they don\'t need to be very precise.
The saw can cut these easily.
Connect the back panel with Brad DingTalk or screws.
I sprayed a few layers of water.
Based on polyurethane, but you can certainly brush the finish if you don\'t have a spray system. Water-
Improve the texture on the wood based on the party, so after the first coating, you definitely need to polish.
I will not discuss how to install vanity as this will be determined by your local code requirements.
This is a fairly simple process, usually just sticking the vanity to the wall and then adding the countertop.
Once it\'s done, vanity is done!
