Water off-
Close the valve under the sink. 2.
Loosen the lid behind the faucet spout with pliers;
Protect the chrome cap with a rag. 3.
Remove the lid and place the rag in the drain of the sink. 4.
Loosen the old splitter with a coin. 5.
Pull out the old diverter and its rubber gasket with a needlenose pliers. 6.
Wrap the Teflon tape around the thread of the new splitter. 7.
Wear the new splitter carefully;
Tightening by quarter. 8.
Clear the rag covering the drain. 9.
Tighten the lid on the splitter using pliers and protective rag. 10.
Open the water and test the sprayer.
