It is difficult to find consumers in the sanitary ware market? Must be caused by these reasons

We often see that although many families live in high-rise houses, they still use a squatting toilet for more than 100 yuan. Even if many people have installed a toilet, they rarely consider replacing a new toilet. Obviously, the neglect of consumers has led to insufficient consumption power of sanitary products and directly affected the scale of the entire industry.  The repetitive consumption market is formed with consumers' awareness of consumption of such products. Consumers will begin to have an intuitive feeling about the quality and use effect of bathroom products after they are decorated and used. This feeling of use is the internal reason that guides consumers to repetitive consumption, and the repetitive consumption market will gradually form over time. Just like TVs, although the original analog signal TVs can still be used, consumers soon began to replace TVs with LCD digital TVs in pursuit of better sensory enjoyment. Driven by this kind of repetitive consumer consumption, the TV market will continue to develop and grow. Obviously, the bathroom repetitive consumer market has not yet formed a sufficient scale and is immature. In the past two decades, the sanitary ware industry has overly relied on the initial renovation market. If more houses are sold and consumers are renovating more for the first time, the sanitary ware market will prosper; if new houses are sold and decorated less, the 'repetitiveness' formed by the renovation of sanitary products The consumer market has not yet formed, and the sanitary ware market will be 'frozen.'   Although the repetitive decoration market has not yet formed a scale, in the past ten years, the Chinese real estate market has always been in a state of blowout. A large number of new houses have entered the market, and the initial decoration market is huge, providing enough space for the development of the sanitary ware industry. In this process, the sanitary ware industry has also formed the consumption characteristics of 'one-time consumption'.   With the gradual saturation of rigid demand in the real estate market, speculative consumption has become the mainstay of China's real estate market. The growth of rigid demand has gradually slowed down, and the decoration market has begun to slow down. The sanitary ware market is naturally affected. In recent years, the government has adopted a series of banking financial control policies aimed at real estate to curb speculative demand. In this process, rigid consumers have also been affected and have begun to enter a wait-and-see state. Housing sales are in a frozen state, and consumption of sanitary products is natural. It also froze.   In addition, with the intensification of competition in the real estate market, developers have begun to pay more and more attention to increasing the added value and additional profits of houses, and finely decorated houses have gradually begun to occupy the main body of the market. The vast majority of domestic brands are excluded. The development of fine decoration of houses most directly affects the retail market, especially when the secondary consumer market has not yet formed a scale.   Does the government's lifting of real estate regulation can make the real estate market pick up and the sanitary ware industry will benefit? The problem is naturally not that simple. The government's intention to remove the real estate bubble is also to release consumer demand suppressed by real estate.   Although the real estate market bubble can bring about a large number of housing sales, too high housing prices will eat up a lot of social wealth, not only causing a large number of vacant housing, but also affect the consumption capacity of other industries. Since last year, housing prices have skyrocketed on the one hand, while sanitary products have fallen into a vortex of price cuts. If this continues, the argument that real estate drives the development of related industries should have long since ceased.  Through the analysis of many factors above, it is not difficult to understand why consumers are rarely seen in the market. This 'frozen' state of the market may not be able to be resolved in a short time. On the one hand, we hope that the real estate market will enter a state of rational development as soon as possible, so that the rigid residential consumer market will develop; on the other hand, we will continue to strengthen the cultivation of the 'repetitive consumer market' to prevent sanitary products from becoming a 'repetitive consumer market'.
