What is the difference between a thermostatic shower and a normal shower? Is it suitable for home users? The main body of the shower head is composed of three parts: the sprinkler used to discharge water, the mixing valve used to adjust the water temperature, and the hose used to connect the mixing valve and the sprinkler. The difference between thermostatic shower and ordinary shower is mainly in the mixing valve. What is the difference between thermostatic shower and ordinary shower is suitable for home users? The figure above shows a simple structure diagram of the water mixing valve. The water temperature adjustment of the water mixing valve mainly relies on the ③ cylindrical piston. The piston rotates to adjust the water intake of hot and cold water, so that the water temperature at the mixed water outlet is changed. For ordinary showers, we need to manually adjust the knob on the mixing valve to turn the cylindrical piston to change the water temperature. The thermostatic water mixing valve adds a temperature sensing element near the water mixing outlet. This element will produce varying degrees of deformation at different temperatures and is very sensitive. In this way, the thermosensitive element can sense the temperature of the water and adjust the water temperature by pulling the cylindrical piston according to different temperature deformations. Simple thermostatic shower can not adjust the temperature, the overall structure is like this. For a slightly better thermostatic shower, the temperature can be manually selected. The process of selecting temperature is actually to control the distance between ① the temperature-sensitive element and ③ the cylindrical piston, and to adjust the amount of cold and hot water inflow. The constant temperature gas water heater does not need to use a constant temperature shower, this water heater itself has a constant temperature function. The temperature of the water coming out of the water heater is constant. We only need to set the water temperature before taking a bath. There is no need to manually add cold water during the bathing process, and naturally there is no need for a constant temperature shower. 2. A solar water heater cannot be used with a constant temperature shower, mainly because the temperature of the hot water from the solar energy is too high. The temperature-sensitive element in the constant temperature shower will deform relatively quickly and fixedly when the hot water temperature is below 80°C. However, when the water temperature is too high, the thermal element loses the function of temperature adjustment, and manual temperature adjustment is still required. In solar energy, especially in summer, the water temperature inside can often reach about 90°C. Even if a constant temperature shower is installed, the effect of constant temperature cannot be achieved. (
